HorseHousing4Rent.com is a collaboration of equestrian professionals who recognize a need for a web site which would combine all of the best features of real estate sites, classified ad sites, and service directories.  While some or all of these exist elsewhere they often lack an equestrian focus, serve a local audience or require jumping from site to site to accomplish a simple purpose.

Is HorseHousing4Rent.com a Real Estate Sites?
The majority of real estate sites are dedicated to property sales not rental.  These sites are based on the Multi Listing Service (MLS) a powerful tool to sell your property.  Unfortunately the is no national MLS for rental properties.  The few Realtors who have adapted their personal web sites to present rentals have done so without including any of the special amenities associated with horse farms and stables.

HorseHousing4Rent.com has addressed this need by building a database of 150+ features specifically associated with the farms, barns, equipment and faculties related to the housing, training and caring for horses.

Is HorseHousing4Rent.com a Classified Ad Sites?
Almost every community has classified ads sites.  The general purpose sites make finding horse related products and services a little like the "needle in the haystack".  The few equestrian sites mix property and services with the sale of old equipment and surplus feed.  Even those that offer limited categorization limit it to a few broad categories and "keyword" searches.

HorseHousing4Rent.com listings are fully searchable by city, size, rental price, residence size, street address, zip code, acreage, apartment, number of stalls, ring, number of paddocks and training/lessons.

Is HorseHousing4Rent.com a Service Directory?
Service Directories have become very popular and it is relatively easy to find them for common service professions such as electricians or plumbers.  Equestrian service providers are more difficult to find and there are often just a few equestrian links on web directories intended for some other purpose.

HorseHousing4Rent.com has sought out and included the leading equestrian service providers in your local communities.  Each listing includes the essential contact information and many providers have taken the opportunity to enhance those listing with additional information and photos.  The listings are organized by the category of services provided and some companies may appear in more than one category.
